Few days ago, we all heard of the 4 Chinese arrested for physically abusing their Kenyan employees. So they were crying to be deported which I think their wish was granted. They can't go through a court process like other criminals. Tell me where you've heard suspected criminals having their wish granted like the way it was done to these Chinese.

It only leaves us with one conclusion: They have unrestricted access to and from Kenya and certainly the govt has no say on who/when they should enter.
