I have just acquired, by conveyance no less, a piece of land at a location that will remain undisclosed at least for now.
Naturally, and at the risk of stating the obvious, I desire to erect a boudoir where I can entertain you Folks, organise a few Swingers Parties and where I can get in the sack for a cuddle and a bonk without any warnings or preview.

The Chinese Ming Dynasty postulated that the longest journey commences with the first step. And talking of matters steps, I guess the very next steps on the rung of this ladder is to acquire, by hook or crook, an architectural drawing. I am pleased to inform you that no effort has been spared to this end. I have searched far and wide and my efforts have borne fruits with this little beauty (below)

When it comes to building construction and allied industries I am a green horn and a perfect blonde.
It is for this reason that I am appealing to those of you who have devoted their lives to the study and practice of construction to aid me in addressing the following concerns which are causing me sleepless nights and little joy.

a) Is this house practical and atheistically pleasing to the eye?
b) What is the approximate reasonable cost of such a house?

not sure how far and wide you searched,
1) but if those windows are in the same room, i would suggest having one large window instead of many small windows.

2) instead of having the lower trussed roof, you can have a slab roof. (where guys will be going to take a breather after a steamy session inside. also for you to safisha neighbours macho while you sunbathe in the nude)
also have a jacuzzi at this level.
(i can do the structural drawings at a fee. not hot, sexy erotic kiss)

I would really like to say you are right on your extensive stub in the dark as to my identity but unfortunately it is negative Sir.
I have read here and on the other village about an existence of a mythical Klost. That was before my time and I have no iota of an idea about it’s characters and their way of life.

As concerning your desire to procreate with yours truly, haven’t I heard you say how you are over the hill and living in your sunset years?

Couldn't stand reading the whole thing, abit annoying.
Only advise I can give, having gone through putting up a house is, bungalows are a better option, maisonettes are overrated unless you're building on a small piece of land.
Why do I say this, it will take less time to build a bungalow and you'll move in faster than putting up a storeyed building.
Finish up and engage you money and effort in other projects maybe putting up another bungalow 😁 for rental.
No ploti 10s allowed.
If I could do it all over again, I would just do a bungalow.
