A marijuana farmer named Andrew Baines was set free by the court after cancer patients said that his weed helps them manage pain. The 46-year-old had been charged with possession of a controlled substance and was facing a 15-year-sentence before he was saved. The judge said that the hundreds of testimonies from his patients proved that Baines should be praised rather than prosecuted.
