They have been doing these things for years. One way was to proclaim that population growth was an existential risk to mankind, then came up with all sorts of ways to limit population growth. In places like India, they even sterilized people without their knowledge.
Guess what has happened, they are now panicking over a falling population. China dismissed its one child policy, it builds ghost cities and over manufactures goods that no one needs because there are not enough people. Europe is desperately trying to get immigrants in because of an aging population and they need extra labour to generate taxes to support their bloated govt expenditure and sustain social benefits to retirees.
On the climate front they've been saying the world will end in the next 20 years, since after world war 2. From excessive cooling, heating or whatever their next guess is. Yet here we are. They have acquired capabilities to manipulate the weather.
The latest example, covid-19. Vaccines are said to be the answer to managing future pandemics. However, they leave out the part where they are the ones funding research into weaponization of biology.

The common pattern is they create a problem and provide the solution. But the solution comes at the cost of granting them more power, legislatively and economically over other sovereign peoples. Remember their goal is to control the destiny of mankind.

You're partly correct and changing weather phenomenon as it always does through the various ages of the Earth is also a fact.
I'm totally against 'playing God' and even more wary of Agenda 21 but also know climate change is real bro.
