He won’t admit his incompetence! He can’t verify you’re the legitimate owner any more than he can verify the the impostor.

And yet another thing; how do we know he isn’t the one who is taking over accounts? He can easily take over an account his interested in, take whatever he wants and lock the owner out.

Then also there is the possibility that once an account is breached the data inside it (messages containing sensitive information) has already been compromised and leaked to unauthorized persons. Of what use therefore is the act of restoring an account to its legitimate owner? Damage has already been done!

If it’s any consolation I saw an avatar of one of the pink handles changed to something uncharacteristic, a sure sign that that account has already been breached. So you aren’t the only one.
