I would have advised them to shift a few routes at a time, maybe one or two. For instance, they could start with Ngong, Rongai, and Kitengela. Then gradually include other routes as they iron out the kinks.

I assume the guys at NMS are the professionals, but I have always thought the biggest issues is not the dropping of passengers, rather the packing options for the matatus, a big underground parking would have worked better, a mat drops passengers goes into parking and waits its turn, otherwise wakidrop watakuwa wanagonja wapi, but lets see how it works, hopefully it reduces some of the chaos we have
