WATU WA NAIROBI

Mvua kidoga ! Drainage problems .
Wacha tu my friend, this country will depress you if you think.
April is our rainy season, no one bothers to clean the existing drainage system.
Analyze further, we do not even have drainage systems in most areas.
Government is still playing catch up, watu wamejenga and invested all over the country, but no roads or drainage.

There’s that small matter of personal responsibility. Why do so many of us treat drainage channels as rubbish dumps?

Place naishi businesses don't pay for taka taka, hao hurusha hapo inje ya duka. Kwanza sahii vile kazi kwa vijana hupita hapa around once a week

Daktari, you risk attracting a lot of flak like @Mwalimu-G and I do. Just blame the gavament and be done with it as you throw that plastic water bottle in the drain......................

Reality is we live in an area where people need rules enforced on them, in developed nations, you get fined for littering, not only in the city center.

I've walked around some places where I'd often find babies' diapers, used menstrual pads, kitchen waste, etc thrown carelessly right outside someone's gate. Na ni mahali kuna watoto wanacheza and even some crawling. Nashangaa seriously, hata hao wenyeji watalaumu nani kwa hiyo takataka?
