Hehehe... Sasa Monday imeisha hivyo tu na hii baridi. Afadhali hata ungekuwa unafanya something involving na hii baridi...thats why walikuwa wanaakuuliza if it's your first time.

Korti imeisha, mofos had added another charge of changing lanes in a roundabout(da faq, hatukuwa kwa round about, na sijui mbona this was not in my notice to attend court), hiyo imerudisha makasiriko nikakataa mashtaka.
Cash bail, 20k, kesi nirudi hapa 5th of oct. If I would have acepted the charge fine ingekuwa 10k, 5k per charge like other guys who had similar issues.
@Pamba magistrate was a lady, the dude alitutoka.
Sasa more waiting as we wait for things to be uploaded, at least tuko ndani so baridi si mbaya

Request to be supplied with a copy of that charge sheet and witness statement on the mention date at the same time on that date request for a nearest hearing date.

Go on @shocks hii upuzi ya kuliwa pesa should end. @Pamba, is there any personal liability for a police officer who does malicious prosecution? Some @$$holes just like abusing their power.

Most probably because the said civilian had some money and some inside Intel. Mimi kama holoi poloi.. I avoid those kind of things because I have the experience na si ya traffic.

I will hekaya about it many years to come because I have never understood what happened. Lakini for now I choose to be a spectator.
