News reaching my ears is that on the order of Matiangi, the ICT professionals hired to assist with the deployment of election technology have been deported.
With less than 17 days left to the General election, this can only be interpreted as a move to derail the use of technology in this election.
That is not to say that IEBC could not have handled this situation better. However, without adequate information around the arrest we can not lay blame on IEBC fully.
Let us see where this leads us.
