Wadau nahitaji usaidizi yenu pia mimi ni ngare na mawaidha yenu. Kuna boyz alishikisha gari "locally used" asha lipa all dues lakini hakufanya search ya Logbook sasa wanajaribu kufanya Transfer ya Logbook but TIMS inaonyesha "No Data Found" aki input vehicle details. Swali ni ii gari iko kwa system ya NTSA kweli and if No jamaa anatangatanga na Logbook which has the details of the previous owner?

If he has the sale agreement and the details of the previous owner or seller, he can lodge a complaint....na kama ako na the original logbook anaweza pia tembea kwa NTSA, it might be a simple ommision on their end

Fellow Senator, when purchasing a vehicle at the point of purchase initiate the transfer hapo hapo . Hii mambo ya kuamini karatasi isa big no .
All you need is a smartphone and some mpesa to do the transfer .
