Having masqueraded in NGOs as mkereketwa, I approve of this message 100%. I know of several NGO guys who earn multiple salaries depending on how many donors are involved. USAID hawataki kujua what JICA is doing while DANIDA don't give a fuck about what you are doing with the European Union. We were taught to speak in NGO lingo where sophisticated but useless and meaningless words and phrases were used to justify our thieving ways. involved. Words and phrases like:-

  3. Empowerment,
  4. Poverty reduction,
  5. Action points,

  11. Non state actors
