Therein lies the problem with bonobos of which you are confirming to be one. It should concern you that you cant see the irony of a governor sending in water bowsers to alleviate water shortages instead of working on the distribution pipes. Same way you and millions of your ilk cant see the irony of a governor maintaining a militia known as Sonko Rescue Team, that provides social services that his administration should be providing.
