Let's put this into perspective. The richest nation of earth, has only ONE Whitehouse. There are no mini-state-Whitehouses in each of the 50 states and they can easily afford it.

Our Kenya is a poor third world country. Why would they need all these state lodges in the country?

Nairobi, the capital city, is easily reachable via road or plane/chopper from any corner of the country, especially for the PORK. Talk about misplaced priorities.
