Akchually....... these people are highly intelligent, arguably among the smartest in certain respects, but they are also grifters who understand that many Kenyans are the ones without brains, or are unwilling to use them, because they keep electing them over and over. They are very good at exploiting that reality to their advantage.

In short, if occasionally acting “ignorant/stupid” is what puts food on your table, why would you make an effort to be smart all the time?
