I'm surprised by how much his comments have gone viral in America.

By just speaking common sense? Africa, and Kenya didn't really need aid had they used their resources well over the decades.

In fact, Africa can surpass Europe much like Asia has, with decent leadership.

I'm convinced there's a conspiracy between the Western deep state and African elites to keep Africa poor and downtrodden to force subservience. Like a certain person in Kenya running to discuss the Congo situation with Macron, who is on his way out anyway and is trying to jail the opposition leader who defeated him (Marine Le Pen).
