Is that prudent use of scarce funds?

Is it 2000 for the 2 weeks duration or per day? Does that include security costs with those facilities being manned by police officers? Weighed against the risk of infection in those facilities and the ease of other measures like instant fines is that really efficient?

How does GoK collect based on that IOU?

I am supportiing @Okiya 's statement, our journalists are either inept or deliberately fail to poke holes in GoK's policy decisions, there are way too many holes in the policies being churned out every day which aren't being exposed, we take 5 steps forward and two steps back simply because GoK is under no pressure.

We need mediahouses to step up

Bonobo journalists will today go to Afya House and be told that those who have died are aged between 2years and 84 years.!! Then wataenda back to the station and report that. Like how is that information useful? Shouldnt they be asking for the exact age and whether the persons had pre existing conditions?
