You might find the lady tilling doesn’t genuinely know who Museveni is. I remember in 2021 Uhuru went to a Chinese water treatment plant in Gatundu. He was walking alone in the forest then met some old lady who didn’t even know who Uhuru was. The daughter whispered to the mum that that was the president she was talking to which shocked her to the point she threw the panga she was holding to the ground.
