Since 2016 Kenyan drivers employed by Uber have been protesting about Uber.
Which makes me wonder, why can't they start their own app, market as buy Kenya build Kenya and ask Kenyans to switch? What I mean is they get someone to develop for them a strategy.
I know Uber has heavyweights behind it but sometimes one has to take the bull by the horns. Munga and James Mwangi did it with Equity Bank. Gicharu did it with Mt. Kenya University. I'm sure there are many examples out there of David v Goliath moments.
In other news, Kenyans hamuwezi saidika. You cannot keep the tempo on anything on social media that's why government will never yield to social media pressure. Juzi you protested and raised the heat on social media about the economy and IMF then you get distracted by small things like mtu akinyonya matiti in a birthday party.
Focus!
