Nimesimama hapo mbele Wangige kibandaski and ordered chapo mbili na stew( Ugali huku hawapendi). Kumbe badala ya stew wameniwekea mafuta tupu! Haidhuru! wacha nichome hiyo mafuta sahii!!

Btw mwenye nyumba told me nikubaya sana! Zaidi. Numbers are being understated! Watu wajichunge kabisa. Hospitali mahali ako job kumejaa kabisa!

So much has changed from Gacio all the way to Kingeero. Kitambo the rentals were mabati houses but the Kabete Valley owner changed the game and now very nice apartments have been built.
Nilihamia hizo area when Thika Road was being built and was working in Westlands. Can you imagine a one bedroom house in Kirigiti, Kiambu was around 10k but I got a 2 bedroom house hapo Kingeero/ Revival at Ksh 7000. But by the time I shifted (2018) from the area 2 bedroom are more than 20k.

As far back as 3wks ago, hospitals in Nbi were full and they were looking for beds in the outskirts.

Inaitwa chapo kojolea, especially when they cut the chapo into small pieces and mix with the soup

How did you manage to stop drinking?

Told that story several times here and in the CCA.
First of all,haikuwa kupenda kwangu kuacha fombe.
Basically,I was a social drinker until I got sick(from too much Tusker Malt,ilikuwa inakuja mbili,Moja moto moja baridi,na chaser ya Zappa blue).
Warned by 1st doc to rethink my drink after a two week admission in hospital. Sikio la kufa halisikii dawa. I went straight to bar on discharge. A few days later,I was back. At Pandya Mombasa. This time round,nilishikiwa kwa gate usiku nikienda kutafuta sigara (na Tusker Malt). Second doc talks to me about my drinking. Says it hinges on addiction. I am discharged.
So when I needed to see another doc at a different time,and he questioned me about my drinking it was time to take the guys serious and rethink my life.
Coincidentally,my son was born around the same time.
So I decided to give my son a sober father. 14 years on,I am still going strong sober. Saa hii hata tot ya his female-ish drink ya @Okiya nawesa beba mimi said.

But if anyone know how I can stop smoking I would appreciate a heads up.

Same resolution as that made you stop drinking, a pal Bena, told us the cigarette he was smoking was the last one, we all laughed as we are used to his jesters, 12 years the line he is yet to light up again.
