Doomsday models not working. In nearly all the US states, the models are being proven to be off the mark by a mile when compared with actuals.
 
The precious little I know about this virus is that it is not behaving like other previous viral disease case scenarios. Look at @Okiya info based on models

I agree with you. We need to take precautions.
Nobody is denying covid 19 is around. My point has been the doomsday models being used in USA vs actual numbers are very far off.

100%. The Doomsday model from Imperial College of London is fake! UK shut its economy when the doomsday model said that 500,000 will die. US shut its economy when the same doomsday model predicted that over 1 million Americans will die. But guess what, the same author of the models came later and said he thinks that the health care systems can cope when the predicted peak of the epidemic arrives.

The effect of shutting down the economies of countries based on Covid 19 doomsday model will be painful.

I have never engaged in Trump debates. But on this Covid 19 issue I have to. So lets focus the Trump debates to Corona virus. The other clips and articles being thrown around to prove Trump is a bad guy are non issues to me. They have their time and day.

Don't be scared of corona virus. You should be scared of the great depression that will be brought by the doomsday models.

Was the recent stock market plunge caused by the 'doomsday model' you are now clearly fixated on?

If there is no reason to worry about the virus, the US Senate and Congress were being thueves in passing the biggest financial package in US history.

Closer to home, I hear the Kenyan authorities are now saying that there is a surge of 'pneumonia' cases. This reminds me of how tuberculosis became an euphemism for AIDS.

Get off those conspiracy sites.

New york is not worried about whether it's 'overhyped'; it urgently requires 30, 000 ventilators. Italy is not estimating the dead. They are real. The thread I wrote four days ago entitled 'Corona Comes Home' was about a real person recuoerating, who lost a roommate.

And please do not pretend that Drumpf politics did not trigger your sudden interest. Your main thread was about democrats and media using Corona to topple the Orange One.
