Ikiwa kwa warehouse? Si nilisikia the "oil cartel" members were supposed to "offtake' it from the importers and repackage into household quantities but there were issues about their piece of the action and quality.

I mean hii imported mitungi ndio watu wengi wanatumia, mostly sourced from Eastleigh. Especially popular with hotels.

My one time barber, a heavily built man and a former boxer called Dominic, was once lured into an alley by a man. When two other people suddenly joined the negotiation, he immediately sensed danger and started raining blows on them as he made his way out. The thugs stumbled as they attempted to outrun each other out of the narrow alley, giving Dominic time to administer more punishment. They hurled all sorts of unprintables as they exited the alley at speed, thankful for being alive.
