The courts ruled that BBI was unconstitutional in conception and nature and therefore no good for the general Kenyan public (not just Central) and stopped it dead on its tracks.
BBI has been compared to a bowl of Skittles, 1% of which were poisonous . Would you eat from that bowl? I bet you wouldn't.
I will defer to the supreme court in all legal matters, not to partisan faceless online propagandists.
Thank God for the robust 2010 Constitution and its institutions.Our collective good is in the hands of these institutions. They have not disappointed so far and deserve all our support. I know they will check Pres. Ruto and KK in due course if they step out of line.

BBI was thrown out because Uhuru initiated it and as president he didn't have powers to do so therefore making the process unconstitutional.

Its still the same Supreme court that will determine legality of issues that will be proposed from the Bomas talks. I trust the courts stick to the constitution and will make rulings in the best interest of the country. They have a good track record on this.
