Then virtual is losing its meaning. Look at 1230hrs. That's log in time. International and regional organisations are leading in holding virtual meetings to serve as examples of how to control the pandemic. I would be very much surprised if they physically met. Anyhu, wacha nijipe shughuli.

Two things.

1. This meeting/video was probably done from his Karen home, otherwise we'd be able to see the other participants.

2. This video was an address to the media and not to the other delegates, otherwise he'd be focused on the webcam with earphones for translations.
