Field Marshal

It is time for the Western GEMA to support a leader from Eastern GEMA.
Ever since independence, the numerically superior Gikuyu have received unquestioning support from their brothers and sisters in the East - the Meru, Embu, Mbeere and Tharaka. These latter communities incidentally produced the most valiant independence fighters during the war of emergency (1952-1959) even as western districts such as Kiambu produced the most rabid home-guards.
Come independence, and the Gikuyu took over power. Later Kibaki became president followed by another Kenyatta, Uhuru.
To be sure, during the first Kenyatta's time but even more pronounced during Kibaki's presidency, the Eastern GEMA dominated government almost to the exclusion of the West. Between 2002-2013, Kibaki's administration was virtually controlled by GEMANS from East Mt Kenya, including the likes of Kiraitu Murungi and head of civil service, Francis Muthaura.
Yet, that issue of the apex leader remained, and still remains; why hasn't the East produced the supreme GEMA leader?
I, FMCP, the Oracle of Ndeiya, believe that time has come for this to happen.
EXCEPT that that person cannot be, and will not be, Justin Muturi.
For more than 25 years, Muturi has been President Uhuru's errand boy. From the days of Kanu, he has been his sidekick, doing his bidding and pandering to his every need.
TO ELEVATE MUTURI AS THE SUPREME LEADER OF THE PEOPLE OF THE MOUNTAIN WILL BE TO EXTEND THE KENYATTAS MALIGNANT HOLD ON THE MOUNTAIN'S POLITICS. It should not happen.
The Mt Kenya people, and the Gikuyu in particular, must exercise their wisdom and identify, very quickly, a young untainted leader from the Meru, Embu, Tharaka and Mbeere who like the yound David, will deliver his people from the potential slavery of the big, bad ogre, Babuon Tinga of Sango. Off the top of my mind, people like Kithure Kindiki and Muthomi Njuki can fit the bill.
Our tribal leader with a mandate to talk on our behalf at the national table must emerge from the East, but it cannot be Muturi.
The Oracle rests his case.
