Sasa kijiji kuko hivi.

A close rela has lost her job as a Board ticha and she's penniless. Tumefikiria tukafikiria tukaona tumuwekee a basic chips, sausages and kuku place in Gikambura, otherwise being a singo matha of two atatusumbua until yesu arudi.

The whole project of setting her up, after contributions, has been delegated to another male relative, also a ticha, but nimemsomea 18; huyu atakula half the money with inflated costs. So I need to have intel chini ya maji.

Sasa swali ni, what are the barest essentials to start such a basic eatery (chips, chai, mandazi, sausages, kuku, etc)? Where does one get the cheapest new/used equipment?

Please remember this is not for a Sanford and Sons kind of operation; ni kule Ndeiya ndaaaaaaani mama atafutie watoi. Akiunda 600 per day ako sawa.

In the alternative of course mmoja wenu ajitolee to take one for the team ajaribu kufuga kunguru, ara?

Hapo mwisho...............ama wacha tu. Lakini seriously I consider you to be an asset on such issues. Mimi huona hutu tu-cafe's tukiwa na deep friers kidogo etc etc. Karai is to basic.
