It means it was done by the US and they planted the waghaidi theory on it. Some of those guys claimed to be responsible for it, saw themselves on media while they were in their houses in the desert.

It was not fake, it really happened, watu walikufa. What I mean is they made up a theory ya ughaidi, wakawashtua wazungu, ndio budget za vita ziwe approved faster. War is big biz.
