I believe we are gaining experience in choosing the right leaders. Kiambu and Nairobi committed political suicide by electing Juha Kalulu na Bogi Benda.
We are still at the experiment stage.
Wale naonea huruma ni those regions who keep recycling proven failures. They will never gain experience that comes by experimenting on different leaders.
