Hi guys. Thanks all for your concern. I am much better. This is what happened to me.
Around 2.30am I woke up with severe epigastric and lower chest pain akin to what one gets with lower lobar pneumonia. I was also having some trouble breathing because of the pain, as well as having a small cough (ile Greeks call kuhaya).
I rushed to a nearby hospital (which has recently been in the news for al the wrong reasons) at 4am and was promptly admitted to their small A&E department. I feared that despite my precautions in the recent past I had contracted the C.
As it turned out, it was only severe acute gastritis.
Now, 4 hours later, after Tremadol IM, oral proton-blockers (omeprazole) and a buscopan intravenous injection, everything is as much back to normal as it can be in the circumstances. The pain has abated and all pulmonary discomfort has recessed.
Niko gangari wadau, so hii Friday ni kuchafua dirty titties left right and centre given that its a holiday. Sadly, no WhiteKAP for me for the next few weeks.
Once again, thanks for you concern. Nashukuru.
