Sasa, what's the use of taking weeks to 'search and rescue' a collapsed building when everybody you are gonna find is dead from hunger, thirst, and injuries?

Wouldn't it be better to use powerful cranes and temporary supports in the immediate aftermath of the collapse to move fast so that you rescue people within 2 days, wakukufa akufe na wakuwa saved awe saved?
