I am authoritatively told that KTalk is on its deathbed.
If this is true, I expect that this place will be flooded by all manner of uncouth, low-IQ, poorly-educated, misogynistic undesirables whose sole pre-occupation is matusi and brothel sex. This should not be allowed to happen.
While a forum has to grow, I want to humbly suggest that the kind of content that made most of us leave KTalk is not the kind of stuff that allows growth. It actually stymies growth as mature, intelligent and interesting input is drowned out by imbecilic 'nani tumesalimiana' and 'where can I get a momo for 200 bob'.
Bwana @admin, just consider this; by constantly insulting women and posting pictures of innocent girls calling them whores, KTalk long became offensive to half of the population - females. It may have (an alleged) 10,000 subscribers but these are obviously broke juveniles with no dignity or self-worth (who visits a 150 shilling brothel?). If Klist mantains its maturity and eschews misogyny, cheap insults and unfounded slander, it could capture the female demographic to become the biggest site after Wanderi.
Sadly, I have seen a number of newbies from KTalk start to engage in the bonoboic, subterranean IQ matusis and nonsense they are used to here.
To nip this in the bud, I suggest you give some mature and well-rounded wazees here the power to delete offensive content. I have in mind the likes of Mwalimu, @Abba , @Okiya (though I have blocked the nigga, he irritates me), yours truly, @Kasaman , @Ssabasajja etc etc. (These few names are just suggestions. A final list must include females like @Mawaya and FGM adherent @Aviator).
These people will NOT be on your payroll, and their actions should be evaluated from time to time to ensure power does no go to their heads. It can be configured, for example, that an offensive post is deleted when two 'wazees' flag it.
