2017? When he became the first US president to negotiate with terrorists by sitting down with Taliban leaders in 2020, he surrendered the initiative to them to take back their country. You say he advised against a quick retreat yet according to his plan if he was re-elected, they would have withdrawn in May. So which running would be faster? Trump's in May or Biden's early this month?
Think of it this way, trump would have taken 5 years to withdraw, Biden withdrew less than 6 months into his presidency, what plan did he have in six months? whether you like it or not Trump had a plan and he has shared his plan on various interviews held in August in Radio and on TV
