Unlike you, the magistrate looked at the bigger picture and that's why they were ordered to settle it out of court.
Fining then in these hard economic times isn't really in the interests of justice.

Hata Mimi sijawai elewa hii kitu njaruo. Mtu anauwa mwenzake mchana watu wakiona. Witnesses write statements but case still takes 5years to conclude.
