are you implying that the systems are not working hence the thieves and also the citizens entertaining the thieves?
and the sad thing is after each election, my narrative or the OPs message will always remain the same not only in Kenya but the rest of Africa.
and the issues about being a primate, i personally see a very small difference between the Human species from the primates in the forests.
as a black/African person, i also admit I am not bright and will always be below the Swedes and the rest.
