The downfall of Iran. Prophesied

It's prophesied in Daniel chapter 11. Please take time and read it.

That talks about how the ancient persian empire was conquered by Greece, under Alexander the great (A mighty king shall stand up), alexander conquered the persian empire with great dominion but died prematurely (And when he shall stand up his kingdom shall be broken), his kingdom was divided to his four generals who took over after his death (and shall be divided towards the four winds of the heaven).

Then again interpretation doesn't belong to man, it comes from the most high

This prophecy is supposed to happen in the end times. It's tied to the coming of the son of man.
 
Prophecies shouldnt be subject to interpretation.
"A great war will befall the empire in the east when the sun is at its peak" is not a prophecy.
"Tehran will be invaded by US forces on 6th June 2020 at 4:27am the exact a meteor made of pure Green sapphire from the Andromeda galaxy smacks Stonehenge" is a prophecy.

If it can be used to explain the fall of any of the empires in that part of the world then it isnt a prophecy. A vague mention of a king, a fall blah blah blah is not a prophecy.

A prophecy needs to have a specific time period given, should not be vague in its details i.e they should be subject to interpretation to be shoehorned as an explanation after the fact and should contain a detail that you cannot possibly engineer to occur.
Therefore prophesizing that "In 2022, the kenyan elections will be won by a son of the soil. He shall be proclaimed president and ride into the city on white steed while the people lay roses at his feet" cannot be considered a prophecy. While it gives a specific time period, everything else about it is either vague and can be engineered to fulfilled after the fact to fit the prophecy.
