'The devil led me to steal OCS mobile'

A 47-year-old man charged with stealing two security phones belonging to OCS Adan Shukri in Nairobi says he was guided by the devil.The OCS who is stationed at Suguta Police Station in Mar Mar, Samburu county, was in Nairobi for official duties. Mohammed Noor who was arraigned at Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi is alleged to have committed the offence on February 27, 2022, at a bus stop along River Road in Nairobi.
