Since ninunue ya 4G, i've had zero connection issues on Telkom.
On the data side, facebook ndyo i noticed drains the most data when you watch the HD videos, so I always control the quality.

My mulika mwizi is tecno camon c11 pro. She is 4g with 6gb ram. Haiwes kuwa shida ya 4g. Like I said using safcon is extreme fast . Hata streaming hakuna buffering.

Safaricom siku hizi mimi huitumia nikiwa out of town, was blown away to find they have 4g in Mandera, Nanunua daily bundles when out of Nai.
