First of all, relax. You don't need to know others' M-Pesa balances. It's not a competition. Secondly, no.

A digital image isn't like a real image/painting where you can carefully peel/erase layers to reveal underlying layers. The 'paintbrush marks' are pixels that make up that part of the image. If you try to remove it using an image editor, you will end up with transparency or whatever backgroung colour your image editor uses.

When someone sends you a final compressed image in png or whatever image format, you are limited to that. You cannot edit the document history like you could do a word document with history.

No, it is not possibble. The paint's pixels overwrite whatever text was underneath once it is saved.
