Agreed, that was a very calculated move.
He went all the way from Salgaa most probably by chopper to Bahati to bash local Mp Kimani Ngunjiri on his home turf.
The two places are worlds apart both in direction and distance and the fact that the president saw it fit to shuttle from Salgaa to Bahati to confront one of his most ardent critics means he's a man on a serious mission.

"There is one man who has made it a habit to insult me every day. I decided to keep quiet and observe him until the day I would come to Bahati. I am here to find out whether it is you (residents) who send him to hurl insults at me," said Uhuru.

The crowd roared its disapproval and Mr Ngunjiri, who was in the third car in the convoy, sat pensively and listened as the president tore into him and questioned his leadership qualities.

"No one is happy when we have bloodshed after every five years. We won't buy their intimidation. We have to ensure people live in peace. If he (Ngunjiri) is not able to deliver, he can step aside and I will take his place and deliver what you expected from him," said Uhuru.

this is quite ironic as the mps have the power to amend tax laws, tanga tanga said they were more than 180 mps in naivasha, why cant they Marshall the same numbers and amend the "punitive" tax laws? or reduce the burden on the youths by doing away with the crbs certs, helb certs etc?

@Mawaya news just in. Tangatanga have cancelled their parallel BBI rally in Nakuru. The master strategist in politics is Uhuru. And I repeat, very soon kitaeleweka.
