Taking Advantage?

It's Me Scumbag

Elder Lister
I have two friends, people who I have know for years. The lady since 2006. The guy since 20011 in Mombasa.
In those days, those two were balling, rolling in cash. I was the struggler. I am still struggling.
When bad times hit, both lost their jobs.
I have faithfully kept in touch, sending those whatsapp forwarded messages with ending like "send to 409.6 people and your luck will multiply x1" or occasionally a lewd message.

Now what has popped in my mind is they both periodically ask for small amounts of cash. And since I know the situation they are in has been exacerbated by corona I do send them the occasion hundred shillings when they ask.
That got me thinking that,if one has a circle of about 50 friends and family, and you ask each for a small amount of cash every other day,one can actually survive this Nairobi with no income whatsoever.
Until the friends and family start wondering how many others you are asking for that small negligible amount of money...

And @QuadroK4000 thinks it's not possible....if a niga does that twice a week,thats 6K per week,24K a month.
They usually prey on your sympathy. You feel bad that a guy has asked for 200 bob only.
