Swahili ni rahisi but kujibu imekuwa shida. Why is it that whenever you are challenged you always bring whataboutism? Can you focus for once. Your thread is talking about Ruto.
 
I will give him 4....the cost of power is at all time high....ksh100 used to be 6.3 tokens.... currently, it's 4.1 tokens.
The cost of living is still extremely high....no signs of coming down anytime even early next year after the harvests.....this is where he promised unga ya ksh100 to the majority Hustlers.
On the hustler fund....he has really scored... those who will keep on borrowing and repaying will reap on if their limits will be increased.

So far so good.....he hasn't shown any direction the country is to take differently from the former government...... only time will tell.

I am giving 6/10.
Just above average. I can see the policy implementation but not the results yet. All in all, I agree with the general direction of the country.
 
Above average but can do better and should do better. Also, 100 days is not enough to measure a shift in how a country is being run.
 
Am giving him a strong 3. Kenya's biggest problem is governance and poor governance leads to corruption. Based on the leaders appointed so far, the 100 days are enough to tell you what to expect
