His is the overpriced base model...zero frills. No AC, no floor carpet save for 4 rubber mats that coincide with the 4 seats, no power steering and zero to 100 in 5 minutes. Windscreen as flat as that of a Suzuki LJ.
It makes a pretty solid statement though.
