When you join the coalition of refusing results (CORD) your brain turns to shit or rather you get shit for brains.
 
Is it just me or Omtatah is defending while attacking?

His first allegation was that IEBC inflated votes cast by adding 508k votes then goes on to use the same numbers he disputed claiming IEBC did not tally an additional 140K votes over above the total they declared, how now!

Judge Ibrahim: Feasibility of the reliefs sought; If the election is annulled, due to Chebukati’s malfeasance, what is probably way to guard on the possible lacuna in the event Chebukati is impeached?
Deputy CJ Mwilu: When did the Commission become dysfunctional and what were the corrective measures attempted? In Maina Kiai's case; When a photo is taken in its original nature and form from the polling stations; are they taken as a PDF? What should be done as a corrective measure against the "rogue" Chair of this dysfunctional Commission and whether to ignore the Constitutional safeguards which are already in place so far as his impeachment is concerned? Should the actual winner be identified by the Court; should he be declared? CJ Koome: All my questions have been asked by my fellow Judges If the Chebukati is found culpable, what do we do should there be a repeat Elections in light of Article 251(2) CoK? Address us also on Election offences whether if this Court makes an order against Chebukati on Election Offences, will the Supreme Court usurp powers of the subordinate courts that are supposed to deal with Election offences. At what time was the Commission rendered moribund? To Kibe, how did you know that 700 thousand people did not vote?
Judge Lenaola: Section 6 of the IEBC ACT states that the Chair must be an advocate of the High Court with the qualification similar to a Judge; if the Court removes Chebukati, will the Commission still be legally constituted to oversee an election?
