SUMMARY OF THE AZIMIO PRESIDENTIAL PETITION (MAIN HIGHLIGHTS)
1. The security and electoral system of IEBC were compromised and this made it easier to manipulate and distort presidential results
2. Chebukati from the word go intended to declare a result that was already predetermined. This explains why he tallied final results himself and never involved the other commissioners. This also explains why a majority of the commissioners (4) could not own the results. Where were checks and balances in the declared results?
3. Chebukati through IEBC failed in his mandate to verify results from 27 constituencies but went ahead to declare results yet those 27 constituencies had SIGNIFANT VOTE TALLY
4. The total votes cast is unknown. At 4pm on August 9, 2022, chebukati announced that the voter turn out was 52%. On 10th, he claimed it was 65.4% without the manual votes. However, when declared results, he insinuated voter turn out was 64.25%. The question is, wasvoter turn out moving here , there and about? In short, no one knows the actual voter turn out of the 2022 elections. There is a reason for this (read manipulation)
5. In form 34C, IEBC cant account for 140, 028 votes as recorded by the KIEMS kit
6. Using IEBC latest voter turn out figures (65%4), none of the candidates attained 50% +1
7. After the declaration of results on August 15, 2022, IEBC portal was still active and some forms were being deleted as others uploaded
8. On August 17, 2022, IEBC deleted the form 34C it used to declared the results and uploaded another one with different figures
9. AZIMIO has evidence to show that the forms 34A captured by their agents at the polling stations are different from the ones uploaded in the IEBC portal. The forms have same feastures, same total votes cast but the votes for Raila and Ruto differe from the one captured at the polling statiion. AZIMIO has attached such forms from 41 polling stations mainly in Ruto’s strong holds (Bomet and Kiambu counties). In these forms, votes for Raila have been reduced and the same added to Ruto’s. In Raila’s strong holds like Kakamega constituency, Raila’s votes were reduced but added to no one leaving a discrepancy between total votes casts and those distributed per candidate. Evidence, reval these alterations were done AFTER transmission. THESE ALTERATIONS happened with knowledge of Chebukati
10. AZIMIO has evidence to show that indeed the forms 34A were being hoarded elsewhere, the forms convereted to PDF, altered, then reverted back to their initial form before being uploaded to the IEBC portal.
11. AZIMIO has evidence to show how Itumbi recruited hackers. The hackers have recvealed how they were able to retrive the forms after transmission from the KIEMS kit, hoard them, download, covert to PDF, alter and then reupload.
12. Professor Walter Richard Mebane from the University of michigan carried out an electronic analysis of the Kenyan presidential elections and he confirms that indeed there was fraud. He reveals that the manipulated votes exceed the voter difference as declared by IEBC
13. An UDA agent laptop confiscated at the national Tallying centre show that it was connected to an external IP that wasn’t that of IEBCT. Forensic analysis reveal that actually forms 34As were being temporarily hoarded in this IP address, downloaded before being reuploaded to the IEBC portal for the public. This explains why on August 11, 2022 between 11am and 11:09am, 1100 forms 34As were dumped into the public IEBC portal. The question is, where were the forms when they should have arrived on August 9, 2022 latest by 9/10pm?
14. On August 10, 2022, a day after the polling stations were closed, 7500 KIEMS kits had not transmitted their data yet all EVID tablets closed successfully on 9th
15. An ICT employee confirms that by August 10, 2022 after elections, some 687 KIEMS kits were still active, meaning they were being used to transmit forms 34As
16. The electronics confiscated from the 3 Venezuelans reveal that they had access to IEBC servers and KIEMS kit.

This will be an easy one for IEBC's lawyers, the meat of the petition is in the voter turnout and auntheticity of form 34As used to declare Ruto President-Elect, everything else ni story za jaba.

If IEBC prove voter turnout was indeed as reported and show they used original form 34As to declare Ruto President-elect all 6 Azimio & surrogates' petitions will be dismissed.

Come to think of it, that Azimio petition is purely for shock value.

Raila and his acolytes have filed 4 cases making different allegations in each petition and seeking different remedies over and above a plethora of requests, clearly a ploy to wear down IEBC with paperwork and hopefully get them to respond inadequately.

A blitzkrieg strategy of sorts, if IEBC win this one Chebukati will leave office a very happy man.

Hapa wanajaribu an envelopment tactic, shida ni they've spread themselves thin. All IEBC/KK need to do is find the "strong point" of this pincer move and attack with all their concentrated force. Once they're through, the pincer crumbles.
