Is there a perfect election anywhere though? Where everything is accounted for?

Not only that. The integrity of the count can no longer be assured 100% once the votes leave the voting station. That is the reason people spend day and night counting votes without leaving their stations. Otherwise, they would be doing it at a later date and at a relaxed pace.

It is starting to get very clear that there is very little evidence pale SC from Assminions. What a waste of the courts time. If the SC is devoid of influence, the numerous cases of falsified evidence is just going to set a bad precedent, serving to piss of the judges.

That they were willing to present ridiculous evidence, such as 2017 logs with dates changed to 2022, is already too worrying. I have a bad feeling someone might influence the court to void the election, and later create a standoff that would make a rerun difficult (such as demanding the reconstitution of IEBC), necessitating the formation of a nusu mkate government, thereby ensuring that Uhuru continues to influence government.
Seems like their going to court is just a formality meant to facilitate something else. But we will see.
