SUBJECT: SUICIDE REPORT.
REF:My OB 04/01/07/2022 at 0700hrs It was reported by one ANN MATUKA KISIERO B/F/A aged 57years that today she woke up at around 0600hrs and proceeded to her farm near her resident and found a body of a male African hanging on a Mango tree ,she immediately reported the matter to this station, police visited the scene and found the body of one SAMUEL MBONYA NGATI B/M/A aged 27yrs hanging from a Mango tree with a rope around the neck.At the scene police recovered an empty bottle of traiatix dip ,on conducting body search recovered two photographs one bearing the deceased image and a lady and the other with image of the same lady and had writings on both sides ,one mobile phone make Infinix and a suicide note written as follows: "Ruth chemtai umesababisha kifo changu unifuate umenitesa sana ukanitenda .upende usipende unanifuata hata Kama utanitorika uende wapi .Mimi na wewe."the items kept as exhibits. Body removed and taken to Bungoma county Referral hospital mortuary awaiting autopsy. Enquest no.01/2022 opened.
