Suicide Cases

People need to chill and some times let life take its way, don't force so many things upon yourself, don't compete with what you see around you. All this stress is what pushes some to lack content in their hearts and end up with mental health issues.
This modern lifestyle is not ideal for humans when you put some thought into it.
Back in the day, you had food sorted as you just had to plant your farm/garden.
Nowadays your whole survival depends on whether you earn a living or not.

correct also relations were not tied to anything but humanism. Sahi everything is pegged on money, you loose it, even your kinsmen will abandon you. You've no support structure to help you back on your feet

What you say is correct but kuna some docility that ushers you into mediocrity. Kama ulizaliwa kwa umaskini, as most Kenyans are, utaomoka aje usipojituma?

hapa i have see guys who had very high hopes in life.. ma A- za 90s..got scholarships lakini vitu vikaenda vingine.. depression kicks in.. followed by alcoholism... mnaskia mtu alijitupa mbele ya train

Exactly, if you don't have it or can't get it, you're doomed and that's where the mental pressure starts.

Pia kuna issue kubwa ya KBS (Bureau of standards) taking bribes to allow manufacturers add extremely addictive substances in those drinks such that its much much more difficult to stop drinking them then normal drinks.

They are not brew !
Just packaged poison sold with local chiefs and police knowledge.

The people imbibing them even drink in the forest and bushes, this argument is very common but a community that doesn't want the packaged poison in their midst won't have it, Kijabe and a few areas I won't mention have managed that. Hiyo blaming transferrable officers i.e police is self-defeating. What have you and your community done to prevent this, ama you want to be seen as friends to people poisoning your kin?
