An anti-corruption court was on Tuesday told that Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi did not sit the 2006 KCSE exams as earlier alleged. Kenya National Examinations Council principal examinations secretary Nabiki ene Kashu told magistrate Felix Kombo that Sudi did not register or sit the 2006 KCSE examination at Highway Secondary School in Nairobi. She was testifying in a case in which Sudi has been charged with forging a diploma certificate in business management purporting it to be a genuine document issued by the Kenya Institute of Management.
