hapa you cant blame the elected officials, we are just a weird people, look at the ngara bus stop, passed by hapo the other day and I noticed it has been turned into an open air kitchen / garage / dumpsite, we dont even respect obvious natural structured processes.

One problem, we pay taxes to pay salaries for ensuring the city is orderly, the kanjo revenue department collects revenue from the "eyesores" while turning a blind eye to the illegalities. Last time I checked the market officers are supposed to ensure adherence to the stipulated by-laws, neglect of duty by the governor, his minions in every department should be called out not excused.
