this is what baffles me, how is konyagi1 unable to deal/sort out the mess at the judiciary? through parliament, especially now in the 'error' of handchieth. Through targeting individual judges and dragging them thru' mud until they either quit or reform. Me thinks he doesn't want an efficient judiciary himself.

You forget some of the beneficiaries of the fooked up judiciary are the so-called legislators? how detached are you from the realities of our politics?

as detached as can be, that's why I said he doesn't want a judiciary that is effective and efficient. You see, all these legislators have shit on them, how difficult is it to use that against them and make them sing to his tune? He already did it with duale a while back.
