Ndii once said that, they will help in the second term campaigns. But I am foreseeing a OTP.
How did they secure admission into med school with C+? I only know of those who go to neighbouring countries for their med degree. I personally know one, she scored B- and went to a private Tanzanian med school.

You can't condemn everyone wholesale yet they are not responsible for the broken system. I know a dirt poor kid who graduated last year and who we supported throughout the seven years. Kid got an A- in a day school.

In the past I have been accused of being legalese and writing too many words. I will try my best to be concise and precise on this response about Medics strike.
If I promised you a bonk when I come over for my Summer break, you would surely expect my knickers to drop down when we meet. If I reneged on that promise you wouldn’t be a happy bunny and would understandably be pissed off.
If a Government pledges Citizens, individuals or Foreign Companies a certain promise, it is duty bound to fulfil it otherwise a legal action on Legitimate Expectation and damages would follow.
I hear people saying how a poor Government cannot reasonably be expected to pay Ksh 200K.
Yet this Government is squandering Billions in Oil Deals (200 Billion), Fake Fertiliser (100B and counting), Entertainment and Hospitality of JSKS, Benny Hinn Crusades etc etc..
Let them pay up the CBA as agreed before they buy that spanking new Presidential Jet.

You guys can hyperventilate all you want as you have your echochamber clusterfuck orgy, but the BOTTOM LINE IS THAT NO INTERN IN GOVT - MEDIC, ENGINEER, ARCHITECT, LAWYER, WHATEVER, SHOULD BE PAID 206K. None. Zilch.

A little Shocker here. You’ve probably heard 206K a bit too much because the government kept drumming the figure in an attempt to ‘make doctors look greedy’.
The shocker is that only 112 doctor interns have been earning 206K for the past 7 years being gross pay. Here is why: 206K is what you get with a Nairobi House Allowance of 28,000/-.
And that applies to doctor interns at KNH (64), Moi Forces Memorial Hospital (16), Mbagathi Hospital (16), Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital (16) totally 112. Other Nairobi based internship centres namely Mater Hospital (4), Karen Hospital (4), and Aga Khan Hospital (8-12) pay the interns without government support at the (similar) CBA rates.
The rest of the 1100 doctor interns earn gross of 186K. When statutory deductions such as PAYE apply, doctor intern takes home ~ 130K.
Now imagine all those press conferences, TV interviews, meetings being held because of 112 people. 10% of all interns.
